Tom Devine is a freelance creative director based in Los Angeles. His work spans print, digital, and spatial design.

Tom began his career designing corporate communications at leading design agencies including Robert Miles Runyan & Associates and Baker. He then went from designer to art director at Getty Images, the world leader in visual content and communications. There he conceived, directed, and edited photo shoots that challenged the conventions of stock photography.

Tom moved from agency- to client-side with Amgen, a Fortune 200 biotechnology medicines company. As creative strategy manager for the company’s $3+ billion psoriasis product, he provided strategic creative direction for brand and experiential projects. After Amgen, he was an associate creative director at Kaiser Permanente, the largest nonprofit health plan and integrated care delivery system in the US. There he guided and inspired an in-house team that wrote, designed, and produced marketing communications across print, web, email, and other channels.

Tom is a member of AIGA, the professional association for design.
